SOCIAL MEDIA/DIGITAL MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR

Role Description

Work within a small but growing communications team to market our digital products and platforms via social media, campaigns, SEO, email marketing and more. 

Requirements

– Degree or relevant diploma in field of marketing or communications
– A proven track record of growing social media presence through strong conceptualisation and content planning
– Ability to problem solve on the go and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment 
– Interest in working in a sports media, publishing, broadcasting environment

Responsibilities

– Own and drive growth on all Publisher’s Toolbox social media activities 
– Brainstorm, manage, monitor content on various social media platforms across all products
– Google Ads campaigns/management
– Drive product campaigns to grow awareness
– Measure campaign performance
– Drive growth of email database, understanding, experience with MailChimp
– Respond to customer reviews on app stores – android and iOS 
– Basic monthly report – social and Google Analytics (insights and top performing posts)
– SEO keyword research
– Website optimisation based on keyword research
